Very Upset w/charge at Installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very upset to find out for the first time (at the time of the installation) that we had to pay extra for the In-Wall Power extension, etc. Why isn't this discussed at the store level instead of learning about this at the installation. The lack of this information made my experience undesirable.

Installation not the best!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installer cut the holes in the correct place but instead of fishing the cords between the drywall and the insulation, he tore out the insulation; one would think he would know to leave the insulation in place. Also, the installer was messy and never cleaned up in spite of his having the appropriate vacuum to do so.

Wall Mount Installation and Wiring

Salesman said they would do everything (and paid for what I thought was everything) but when the tech called on his way he said “no we don’t do any of that”. Yet my neighbor had “everything” done by the geek squad.

GEEK SQUAD Failed miserably

Soundbar fiasco

Installer didn’t have it

seemed like a novice
