The installation was great Scheduling was a headache

The agent did a wonderful job. He was quick and efficient with his work. Had the project done in no time. He was also very pleasant, informative and knowledgeable.

These guys are the best. My situation was a bit tricky and they stayed to make sure that not only it worked as how I envisioned it, but also that I could easily use my new TV.

A bit pricey to thread the Blu-ray player cord through the wall.

When I had my first flat screen hung on the wall, this service was not available from Geek Squad. So glad they have made this available.

They made a mistake and put a big hole that had yet to be fixed. They said someone would come fix it and it’s not fixed yet. It is a new luxury building and I have to pay for that.

They weren’t able to complete the service, we were refunded without issues.

The person that came out to put in wall extension started cutting into the wall without asking me where to put the outlet. When I told him to stop, he started arguing with me about placement. This kid was a mess. He didn't even hook everything back up after the job. I should have known when he walked in with a screw driver and small hand saw. Not even a tool box or vacuum, like the guys that installed the TV. I had to clean up after the mess he made. I contacted customer service and was supposed hear back from this kids manager and never heard back. Now I am left finding contractor to fix the wall. Not so easy to do these days.
