I think we did very well. The TV is your only thing that works in the whole house. It is wonderful and the service people were great too.

They mounted my TV but didn't manage my cables as neat as I would like and gave me no tutorial on how to use my product.

While my Geek squad tv installation was happening, I purchased a bundle and set up with a geek squad installation for today from 8am-Noon, but I never heard from anyone, they never showed up, and now I am spending over an hour on the phone trying to find out what went wrong and reschedule an appointment. My installers yesterday were very good (George) he was there with me and heard crystal clear that the woman on the phone set up and confirmed follow up service from 8am-Noon.

What is an IWPE BUNDLE - TV SINGLE STUD BAY? What ever that language is, I don't speak it.

Our Geek Squad were on time, respectful and knowledgeable. We had two TV's mounted along with the in-wall plugs installed and Sonos system installed. The team reviewed all the features of the items and were also helpful with our Comcast set up and recommendation for upgrading to maximize the quality. The service is expensive if you are DIY type of person but well worth it to us at the moment.

When getting my home theater setup with speakers and an a/v receiver, I knew I wanted to finally get my LG OLED TV mounted onto the wall. Additionally, if I was going to spend the money to have the TV mounted on the wall, I didn't want to see the wires running down the wall from the TV to the receiver. Therefore, I ended up having to purchase this connection box to make it work with my existing home. The Geek Squad guys cut two holes in the wall (one hidden behind the TV and one near the floor at the same level as your standard 110v outlets). For a house that isn't built with the home theater wiring into the walls, this is the next best thing. The Geek Squad did a great job with the installation and I don't have to look at the wires running down the wall. This works great for my home theater setup in this house. Thanks guys!

The squad did a great job with mounting and setting up the TV before they left. Ben and Josh were very friendly yet professional. They made sure to respect my time since I work from home. They arrived early and got the job done quickly. To add icing on the cake, I had a delivery from Amazon that was left in front of my garage. The offered to bring the two boxes upstairs for me! Very stand up gentlemen!!
