Audio set up was done correctly between TV and various components. Good audio reception.

The TV brought out was cracked when opened by the Squad. I was advised they could come the next week with a new TV. I learned they could not hook my Bose system such that it could play videos. They had me purchase a blueray palyer, 2 more HDMI cable, an adapter and an optical connector. When the second crew came out, they said my Bose system was antiquated and would not work. I asked how it became useless from 12 midnight to 9 in the next morning while no one was using it. They called someone was said I needed to purchase a sound bar. During the start of their third hour, they tried to reconnect to the Bose, and , voila, I now have 5-speaker sound off the Bose. I have to return the optical cable as the second team advised it was useless. They could not figure out how to play a video through the Bose, so I have to use the Blueray player.

The crew was very knowledgeable with this setup. I would definitely use them again.

For anyone not knowing how to hook up an audio component this would be great. I supplied my own optical cable already attached to the Sonos sound bar so all the installer did was to plug the optical wire into the TV. I would not purchase this again, but inexperienced users may need this.
