Ok service

It might be good if you know nothing about a tv, but if you have basic skills, you can save some money on this one.

knows what they are doing

Absolutely Poor Service

Received a call around 3:00 pm indicating that there would be a delay. The new scheduled window would be between 4 and 6 pm. A no show...naturally. Called the manager at the location of my purchase. After a few holds and hang ups. I finally got through only to be told it's a different department and that he'd have to look into this further and call back. Still waiting for that call back. Complete bush league service. I will find it hard to return to BestBuy now! Utter waste of time and service levels have completely deteriorated.

Tv setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the 4k tv that has 4 HDMI connections and they left things connected the way it was instead of utilizing these and now I have to disconnect and reconnect every time I want to play the PS4.

Geek Squad setup went just fine

Unorganized

Called store and even though they had record of the purchase of this service 3 different people articulated 3 different things what the services included. It took 4 different trips from a combination of Geek Squad and their 3rd party Vendors to get right. Then Best Buys GM kept blaming their 3rd party vendor. Horrible! Your the ones who are using them.

Could not hook up with my existing stereo system.

Great sound

Setup not working as expected
