    I had the Geek Squad do multiple installs and in both cases they had to come back and fix issues.

    yes my surround sound works, but why didn't the techs use the audio equipment to calibrate the system?

    We did not get what we paid for. A third party was sent to install our new TV and it was not set-up as we instructed them to do. We paid to have our TV mounted and that did not happen. We paid to have three systems installed and that did not happy. They were in and out to drop off the TV and no set up. Very unhappy customer.

    They called a sub contractor to install

    I paid for “Geek Squad” not a random guy to come into my home. Who they sent was a contractor for Direct Tv. He was not dressed at all to identify he worked for any company yet Best Buy felt it was best to send a random contractor into my home.

      Thank you for your review and choosing Geek Squad for your audio set-up. Having someone else set up your equipment can save you quite a bit of hassle of dealing with cables and connections and ensuring everything is organized. With that said, depending on the service and your location, we may have a third party completing the service. We apologize if this was less than what you expected.

    they sold me the mounting hardware

    The team did a great job of installing the TV. The mounting kit for the bose sound system they sold me was the wrong size. Never got follow up from installation team on when they were coming back. I bought the correct mount from Crutchfield.

    If you are the least bit technical savvy you’ll be fine. This was a waste of money for me to pay for instructional guidance. She spent all of 5 minutes on things I could have figured out on my own.

    Cable is terrible

    Had to buy cable from geek squad when installed it skips and is terrible. Always lose in the Sonos PLAYBAR. Calling geek squad to get my money back as it was a 45 cable.

    This product does not work as I was told it would work. I am waiting for a home theater replacement. The overall sound is no where as good as a home theater system

    Sonos set up

    Set up sonos playbar and sub. After they left sub was not pairing. Called a few times and COULD NOT GET GS BACK OUT. So took sub back and just kept playbar.
