Knew exactly what to do to get the orbi to work.

Best Buy= incompetent. Think I'll win a $400GC?

What you're quoted in store and what they charge you with when your done... much different. Cost went up an additional $400 due to store incompetence. Never would I have used BB to install anything had I known upfront the amount they were charging. Don't believe a word they say... OH and they charged $99 to deliver the product they had to bring out to do the in-home install. Make sense of that
