Excellent job at set up! Very pleased with the Geek Squad

Just, wow!!! I cannot say enough about the service we received from our Geek Squad reps, Caleb and Mack. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. I was impressed with the time they took to make sure I understood how to use all the equipment and they patiently answered all of my questions. They did an outstanding job with installing our tv, sound system, wifi extenders, etc. Thank you for a job well done!!

Had few problems with the set up. These knew what to do and did. The were friendly and helpful. The did a good job of it.

The agents did a great job setting up our new tv and sound system. They were very informative and made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left.

I had Geek Squad come to my house 2 times prior to this last guy and they never fixed the problem. The last guy that came, fixed the issue and was very helpful explaining how the system worked. I hope next time I need Geek Squad I will get that same technician.

Mike is an excellent tech. He diagnosed our problem and save us from an unnecessary purchase. Our problem was an outdated television not an internet issue. Mike took time and was helpful. I am very happy with his knowledge and willingness to help.

Techie took all needed steps to get me set up and was pleasant.

The agents were kind, thorough, skilled, patient, and the whole experience was enjoyable. Definitely the A Team (we have had the xyz teams of subcontractors for weeks and several visits that were horrible). THANKYOU for these agents!!! Excellence at work.

not enough choices to adjust the sound quality volume, bass & treble is it

Kip and his associate as always provide exceptional service and installation. Kip provides excellent recommendations and his product knowledge is second to none.

The service technicians were on time, called in advance of their arrival, completed the work in a timely and professional fashion, and gave me a hands-on demonstration of how to use the system. They were the best!

The speakers didnt work so it turned out that it was the tv so they replaced the tv and this is one is Blurry. I tried calling several times to see if they would reconnect my sound bar and subwoofer. I have not heard back. I very disappointed in how long this precess has taking.

The service was good, and even though I had to bring my computer back several times the associates were helpful and did their best to solve the problem

The Geek Sauad is the best. Again they came out and setup my Sonos soundbar and explained what I needed to know. Great job.

Prompt, friendly, efficient service. Also, able to take the old TV away.
