I shop at Best Buy because of the Geek Squad.. Scott came to my home and set everything up with ease and showed me how my new system worked. He made sure I felt comfortable with my new system before he left. He was amazing. He explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. I love the Geek Squad!!

We were so happy with the service we received from John setting up my new laptop. He gave me so much more information than any manual could supply. Transfered everything from my old system and even helped my wife with a few iddies on her laptop. Would recommend to every one who wants go get the most out of their devices.

Omar set up my new computer and transferred my stuff from old computer to new. Unfortunately, by time he left I had tons of questions. I could not go through the Geek squad phone system to ask my million of questions. So things that he said would work did not. I am not a tech wiz so I need tons more assistance. He did diagnose my main problem.

I couldn’t access my Ring Doorbell since it required 2.4 ghz. My modem/router was 5g. Router was split between 5g and 2.4 ghz.
