This guy set up my new gaming computer. The setup went well..

So.. first off my rating is not for the man who came to my home to set up the PC. For him 100% I would give him a 5 star. He was very friendly and patient with setting it up and taking the time to explain stuff to my son and I. The rating is for the service I got setting up my appointment I would give you guys a 1 star. I made a 2000.00 purchase on a monitor and PC for my 8 year old son for a Christmas. I didn’t get it set up until 2/16 almost two months later because you guys canceled my appointment once due to covid, second time due to no staff. I went in the Lakewood Best Buy to talk to a manger because after the second time they canceled I thought it was wrong that they didn’t try to accommodate us by making a sooner set work out. The manger said he would try to bump it up and never heard from anyone ever again. Very disappointed with the entire process and lack of follow through for a customer who spent so much money at your store. The service is great.. and the employee was great.. when you eventually get them out to your house months later

nobody came to my home to set up computer, had to get a relative to help. Not a big help from the store, you talk that you will do this and that but all was just words no action. I was told about you but I did not believe it until I purchase the computer. There is no GREEK SQUAD SERVICE at this store.

Geek squad has never shown up yet - WORST service I have ever had - cannot get anyone to help - call supervisor with call you back and I get no calls -I will NEVER buy anything from best buy

Once more having to wait for an extended amount of time from the date of my purchase till it was actually installed not acceptable

No one showed up for the appointment and when I called to complain, I found out that the person assigned to the call no longer works for the company.

Please refer to my other review, I have already commented on the top quality and professionalism that made my installation and change over flawless.

The quality of the agent to transfer the data i wanted and the configuration of my lap top was excellent.

Evan did a great job setting up my new computer and making sure my email was working with office 365. He also quickly transferred all files from my old computer and answered all my questions.

The tech person installed my new computer quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable. He transferred all my old data and did a great job.

It took a while to get our new laptop working properly, but Brandon spent a lot of time with us and eventually had to call in Chase to help him fix our email issue. The demeanor of them both was terrific.

I depend on agents who usually do it on screen but when the agent comes to the home, it is just fantastic.
