Everything went well with the installation, no problems

At first I could see who was at the door but soon it just says there is motion at the door. I asked about that at the Geek Squad dept. but they didn't know about it. Perhaps I asked the wrong dept. I would like to understand it a little more.

Was reluctant about using a 3rd party to get my doorbell installed, but went ahead and did it. They were professional and pretty knowledgeable about the installation. It took a little longer than i thought it would,but in the end my doorbell was working.

Bought the ring doorbell from the store and they installed the doorbell good and give me instructions as well. I just wish that they could take off their shoes when they came in to the house or use a shoe cover.

Great job by geek guy. We had to call a week afterwards since we were hearing static from the doorbell. Same geek guy came and replaced camera. Very satisfied with his service and the product from Ring. Highly recommended for best buy as source to install your security system.

This service is a joke. Paid for it in advance, in good faith and no one showed up or called after 3 attempts and lose of several days waiting - 12 hour windows - unbelievable. All product was returned

Technician provided excellent service. Took precise measurements, checked for best placement. She was very patient as I considered alternatives.

Geek Squad Agent was thorough and detailed in installing the Ring Doorbell Pro. Used shoe covers when entering the house. Tested the operation of the system and showed us how to use it. He made sure the doorbell was placed properly to pick up faces when used.
