I relied on installation of the product and twice they did not bother showing up, nor to call they were not coming, nor does anyone at Best Buy have a clue as to what is going on. Some organization!

Follow up thing of the past didn’t complete service had me sign for work done said he would return the sheets were required because he came out and only did half of the job

the one in the back doesn't work I cannot reinstall it every 10 minutes the geek was unprofessional and not very knowledgeable wouldnt recommend him at all

Do not use the Geek Squad for an installation the are not trained to do that time of work. I ended up doing it my self.

I'm on my 3rd reschedule for installation and the installer has again failed to meet the 4 hour install window (he has not shown up).

After purchase, it was unable to be performed in my area. However, best buy was very cordial and helpful in processing the refund.

no door bell was installed!!!!!!!!!!!! NO doorbell insytalled

I had installed a wireless mesh booster network device in our house. The internet signal was weak at the front of the house. The booster worked well for TV and Internet. However, our Ring camera was not working in tandem with the booster. Best Buy sent out two techs who resolved the issue right away. They were friendly and professional. I had a tech who had come to the house before, but he never responded to texts or voicemails. Not sure if he's still with Geek Squad.

Geek Squad very capable and efficient. They replaced a modem and installed many features in my “smart home”. They installed tv, several security cameras, ADT alarm system, smart bulbs, smart plugs and timers, a ring doorbell, hardwire back up for ring doorbell to keep battery charged. Many other items. Left the house neat. Explained how things work. They coordinated ordering of needed items and delivery at my house. They scheduled service to coordinate with ordered items.

Geek Squad agent installed our doorbell camera from SimpliSafe and it works great.

They addressed the situation and completed the necessary steps for it to function properly

Not sure why they have such a high rating. I would strongly suggest staying away from this company, if you’d like to avoid the same aggravation I experienced this past weekend. I purchased a ring camera doorbell installation, booked my appointment for this past Saturday, & they provided me with an arrival time window of 7:15am 10:15am the day before. I wait about 20 mins after 10:15 am in hopes that my assigned technician would have the courtesy to reach out & let me know what was going on. There’s no way to contact them directly or track them, btw. Calling the “customer service” number on the website, was another ordeal. Waited 25 mins to get a representative who was perhaps overseas and had a hard time understanding me. At this point I tell them my technician is a no call, no show and I’d like to cancel the service, since I think it’s extremely disrespectful to play with people’s time, especially when I’m paying a hefty price for my service. After 15 mins of going back and forth, the representative assures me that they’d cancel the appointment, reverse my charge, and that they would reach out to the technician. At about 2:20PM the said technician has the audacity to message me, (4 hours later) “apologizing” for the delay, and letting me know that he was 30-45 minutes away. I was astounded to say the least by the lack of professionalism. Today I see that the charge was posted to my account, was not reversed, the customer service representative LIED, and now I have to contact my credit company to get this sorted out. Truly a nightmare.

He was great, spent the time necessary to answer all our questions and is the only reason why I renewed my membership. I'm still trying to decide if the membership is worth the price, but his visit certainly made a big difference and was worth the first year price.

The camera's is of great visual quality for the Price!

Review your Geek Squad service Andrew knew exactly what I needed, was so nice and informative. Wanted to adopt him.

There guys are the best. If purchasing from Best Buy, this service is a no brainer. In Chattanooga, Zack is the best!
