So pleased Jorge was our range hood custom installer, as there was a lot more to making it fit in the space provided. He and his assistant worked extra long and late to make it happen. These guys are professionals, know the solutions, and are pleasant! They solved a lot of issues beyond my knowhow. They come highly recommended. Well worth the money.

The worst experience that any one can imagine. Very Very poor frustrating service

I live the protection but not the procedure on how you do things now.that the purpose of you leaving a card on file so that they can automatically take the payment out for my protection. Now I have constantly read my email now to make sure my protection is getting renewed on time

I really enjoyed the service I’ve received from Ronnie. He unmounted my old microwave, and mounted a new one very professionally and in a timely manner. I had a tile and granite in my kitchen (because of that no-one from Home Depot or RXO were not able to install anything), but Ronnie got all the tools and skills to do the installation. Thank you very much!

Oven door locks and stays locked when steam cleaning. Firmware problem. Should be addressed by Samsung.

The hood works great it extracts all the sense especially bacon in the morning

Masterpro who Best Buy uses for installation tried to charge me extra money to install my range hood because they had to drill holes into tile. I told them I paid premium for it to be installed over tile. They tried at first to get $100 a hole and when I said no way. They came down to $50 a hole to drill in my tile wall. I again told them no I will not pay more. They then said they will do it but I will have to sign a waiver that if they crack any tile it is on me. I again told them no way, I have paid for it to be installed onto tile. The installers stormed out of my house and did not install anything.

The installers were quick but they literally did not care whether they were dirtying up my brand new stainless steel appliances with their hands, and not just fingerprints but actual dirt. I had to literally go over my entire new oven and microwave with stainless steel cleaner.

Do not buy the add on mounting unless you 100% know you need. Trying to get your money refunded is a huge hassle.
