Jedediah set up my new wifi network and tested everthing to make sure they were connected properly. He explained how to use the eero app on my phone to control and monitor everything. He is great to work with.

The Geek Squad Tech Support person who came to our home to FIX an issue we had with the Ubiquiti Internet Extender we previously had Geek Squad install for us was fabulous with not only his technical understanding of what needed to be done to fix the issue, he was exceptionally pleasant and helpful with other technical advice, such as our interest in video security for our home. It is people like him that will ensure we keep engaging Geek Squad for all our tech issues going forward.

Best Buy’s service began at the store and has not stopped. When Ed explained the extended service benefits we signed up immediately. The quality of the workmanship and the character of the employees are second to none. When John and his crew came to install ourTV’s, Sonos and outdoor speakers, he explained what he was doing, provided all necessary app set up on our phones and cleaned up! How many times does that happen. We are happy with Best Buy and will continue to be groupies

The Internet has grown so much that I gave up trying to learn it. I held of joining the Geek Squad. When I finely did I met Hector he is great solves all my problems in a short period of time. Very, Very knowledgeable about everything and make my life easier,

WOW! if your an over the hillier like me with a complicated system then you need the Geek Squad for sure… There the most knowledgeable technicians I’ve come across. Geek Squad checked my internet speed while mounting tv. I explained I'm working from home at times and the amount of internet traffic we do in our home. Suggested an upgrade to the internet company's equipment and it greatly improved my speed!

Paid for a custom wire run I think. They ran it from my office to my casita. The wire wound up not working so they removed it and said I didnt really need it. My internet in my office works incredibly. It runs about half speed in my living room and it runs about 1/4 the speed in my casita. I was sold on this new WIFI system and wire run because I was told I would get amazing internet across my whole property. I do not think I am getting that. I was told by the technician that he would come back out and that was over 2 weeks ago and he hasnt called or scheduled anything.

The crew was very professional. The re-installation of the TV and rehanging of the soundbar (installed upside down by another party) made a huge difference in the quality of the sound. Also the guys were able to explain things as they went along and answer any questions I had.

Incredible customer service. Your installers did an amazing job and were careful to answer all our questions. They are the best!
