Never did get it installed second time someone came out and I get a excuse that I’m missing some screws. I told the man the only one that been in the box was the first installer. They said they was going to send me a replacement that’s the last time I heard from them. Bad business.

BB installed an ice maker but it does not consistently dispense ice. First appointment no one came. Second visit it was installed but needs adjustments. Repair was supposed to happen but when the guys came they only do installations.

Took scheduling 3 different install dates to get the icemaker installed. Very frustrated with how long it took and how much effort I had to put into scheduling and taking time off work to come home 3 times for service guys

Has not worked from time it was installed. Manufacturers service representative believes it has bad solenoid valve and has ordered replacement. Never has made ice. Waiting for new parts. Don’t know why they didn’t confirm water would flow

He did great work, he was nice and quick. Also too the wrong back.

Terrible. Used broken ice maker was delivered and then I was told someone else would install. Brought it back snd had to purchase my own ice maker and pay for install our of my pocket. Terrible product . Very sorry that I purchased fridge from Best Buy. Cheaply made product.

The installation is not yet completed after 3 weeks from receipt.

Ice maker is fine but the install was a challenge to coordinate. Spent hours on something that should have been minutes. The original installers for the refrigerator that was bought at the same time would not install the ice maker.

The installers were very professional and did a great job. They cleaned up any mess that was made.

Installed on Oct. 20, 2023. Hasn't worked properly yet. there is a problem with delivery guys doing the installation. Not Qualified!

I went to your store in Paramus to buy another refrigerator I waited 15 minutes and asked the manager and 2 other people and nobody was there to help me

i DONT RECOMMEND V=BECAUSE THE INSTALLLER REFUSED TO INSTALL JUST LEFT IT IN BOX ON MY KITHEN COUNTER.

Fix what the others you sent out messed up. After 5 visit from Best Buy. They got it right

Installation on ice maker was not done because the delivery agents did not have the right part. I have been trying to call for the installation refund which has been difficult to find right contact for help.

Installation was simple but unfortunatly the ice maker itself is slow to make ice

Three ice maker brand new refrigerator none work had people coming every other weekend still not working

Didn't hook it up properly the ice maker it was dangling loose in the freezer. They couldn't hook up the water line which I understand but they left in such a hurry I spent $75 for nothing just for them to loosely hook it into the freezer very disappointed

Never ordered this and you've mixed up my order for the last 8 months I've called 4 times with absolutely no help. I am beyond upset! An hour of my time each time I call and you still cannot fix this problem!!!
