Tech With Not A Clue

Tech shows up with refrigerator and ice maker kit. Proceeds to bring fridge in and then claims he doesn’t know how to install the ice maker kit. Why send a tech with a kit he can’t install.

Go somewhere else for appliances

Incompetent Installation

I called geek squad to fix and they sent me a QR code to pick up new one. I don't know how to install it, hello!!
