Thank you guys for installing my new ice maker. It's already making ice!

An excellent addition to the fridge we bought previously.

Was not installed properly. Had to have it removed and reinstalled by an outside vendor. Workers should converse in English and not Spanish in an English speaking home.

It was already installed when our fridge showed up. The installers only had to hook up our water line.

Just received microwave yesterday. Had problems getting item delivered thru Best Buy. Service people who installed were very professional and answered all my questions. I have had the same service people before, delivering my other appliances. I have been very happy with them in the past.

The installation of the ice maker went great. Now we enjoy having ice when we need it.

After attempting to contact Best Buy because the ice maker could not work, I have been left with an ice maker that is still not currently working as of today. They kept on giving me the run around and blamed it on the technician for the cause of the ice maker not working. I've attempted to return it but was not accepted because it's no longer elible to return. If they had suggested a return/exchange rather than giving me the run around, I would've had a working ice maker. I love best buy, but some of their associates can be complete idiots.

Product was ordered, delivered, installed, uninstalled 5 times and never worked. Absolute garbage.

"Expert" came out 1 Aug, inspected the Ice Maker said, "it's broken and they'll call you". I have not been called since. Ice Maker has NEVER worked and previous service person on 26 July took photo on cell phone and left. Best Buy advised me 27 July that he didn't put any notes in the computer. File shows not returnable although it has NEVER worked. This is not acceptable service.

Tech came out. Told me they can’t install. Marked as completed. No follow up information provided.

Never showed up for the installation or removal of my old ice maker. Customer service was terrible. They scheduled a installation and removal, but canceled both without notification. They rescheduled both and waived the fee for both. But, the technicians never showed up. I did the installation myself after researching the process. Best Buy is terrible when it comes to customer service.
