INSTALLERS HAD NEVER INSTALLED ONE

Two young men turned what should have been a 15 minute job into an hour and 15 minutes. Not very reassuring, but it works, surprizingly.

Had problems getting item delivered thru Best Buy. Service people who installed were very professional and answered all my questions. I have had the same service people before, delivering my other appliances. I have been very happy with them in the past.

Defective and/or amateur installer

They kept on giving me the run around and blamed it on the technician for the cause of the ice maker not working. I've attempted to return it but was not accepted because it's no longer elible to return. If they had suggested a return/exchange rather than giving me the run around, I would've had a working ice maker. I love best buy, but some of their associates can be complete idiots.

Service NOT Completed

I have not been called since. Ice Maker has NEVER worked and previous service person on 26 July took photo on cell phone and left. Best Buy advised me 27 July that he didn't put any notes in the computer. File shows not returnable although it has NEVER worked. This is not acceptable service.

Scheduled Installation never happened.

Customer service was terrible. They scheduled a installation and removal, but canceled both without notification. They rescheduled both and waived the fee for both. But, the technicians never showed up. I did the installation myself after researching the process. Best Buy is terrible when it comes to customer service.
