Was not installed properly. Had to have it removed and reinstalled by an outside vendor. Workers should converse in English and not Spanish in an English speaking home.

Guys showed up on time and installed correctly. Had to take off a door to get it in and there were no complaints

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any company. They were rude and flat out un-professional . They called and said there is no way they would install this icemaker under any circumstances since the refrigerator was six years old. You might want to find someone else to send out. This company really doesn"t belong affiliated with you !!!

Ordered a fridge and ice maker for my new home. Fridge showed up but ice maker wasn't in stock. There was no way to turn off the water line easily and the only thing the guy suggested was we call the water company to turn off our water until the ice maker came available which could have been a few weeks. Wound up returning the fridge and everything and bought elsewhere. Very dissapointed with the install crew. Rare miss from Best Buy who are usually so wonderful

Ordered a refrigerator with an ice maker. The ice maker was not available with the refrigerator delivery. An entire different day had to be set aside for the ice maker installation. The installers did not run water through the line prior to hooking it up as is required in the instructions.

The guys knew this didnt work at all, made Ice for first 2 days then quit. They said a plug was not plugged in so they fixed it and it would make ice within 12 hours. Gee, if not plugged in then how did it make ice to begin with??? Why not just tell me it isnt working and will need to be replaced instead of me waiting for ice. Pain since day one!

Horrible customer service - takes forever to get a hold of someone and when you do, they connect you to someone else who connects you to someone else and after 30 minutes on the phone, the customer service person tells you to go to the store to get your issue solved.

Unit works great, however the water connection was installed incorrectly and it leaked at the service line which caused a mess. I didn't discover it for several weeks since ir was behind the refrigerator and the damage had been done. Had to have a plumber repair it.

Why do you keep sending a review for an ice make that has not been installed correctly yet. The replacement for the wrong ice maker you installed is suppose to arrive on 11 Dec! I still don’t have a date for the new ice maker to be installed!!!

Took 3 appointments before anyone showed up. Wasn't the geek squad when someone finally arrived.

Been since 7-20 still not working been out to twice to fix it took almost 4 months to get ice maker

They have just finished installing my icemaker, it is not produced ice yet. It has been almost a month since the purchase of the item and I am not pleased with the customer service from Best Buy. The installers were great. Did a good job needed and friendly. It is impossible to contact customer service for Best Buy.

Could be added later to compliment the unit. Always used Best Buy Products and service

They charged us to install our icemaker. I called and made sure it would be able to be installed. Then they came in and was not able to install it because of new codes. I think its rediculous. I have my fridge without an icemaker, because the installers could not tell me the truth about the pre-install instructions. Now i have a fridge that needs to be removed so i can install the darn icemaker myself.

Worst customer experience ever - ordered on July 4th; product was never delivered (including with the refrigerator as scheduled); call center never resolved the problem and continued to provide false information about status, delivery and installation; finally canceled the order after waiting more than 2 months for BB to get it right; no confidence in BB's ability to supply products.

Having this second ice maker is great. Good for families with kids who have lots of sports activities or those that just like having a crap load of ice.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing the ice maker and getting it up and running.

I would give this no stars if i could!!! No one at BestBuy or Insignia or Geek Squad know how to install the optional ice maker that you can buy for this refrigerator!!! We had to get a refund for the ice maker and now we have to make our own ice!!!
