Worst customer experience ever - ordered on July 4th; product was never delivered (including with the refrigerator as scheduled); call center never resolved the problem and continued to provide false information about status, delivery and installation; finally canceled the order after waiting more than 2 months for BB to get it right; no confidence in BB's ability to supply products.

Love it, great ice maker, works perfectly right from the start!

I would give this no stars if i could!!! No one at BestBuy or Insignia or Geek Squad know how to install the optional ice maker that you can buy for this refrigerator!!! We had to get a refund for the ice maker and now we have to make our own ice!!!

I am still waiting for the ice maker. It is on back order

Ice maker is defective...Had a replacement scheduled & got a call from the installer telling me the replacement was also bad. Haven't heard a word since then... Please let me know the status of the replacement!!!

Fridge delivered 5/28 Did not Install Ice maker. i had to call and they to schedule an appointment Came on6/9 Refused to install because I had copper water line. I was never told to have stainless steel Called to rescedule and they can't because the agent said he installed it. They will call me in 36 hrs. Absolutely ridicules

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing the ice maker and getting it up and running.

Installation was easy and fast..It was installed when the refrigerator was delivered.

Your toll-free number hung up from me 8 times. When I finally called a local store in Long Beach, they were confused as to why I was calling them. The service levels are below the bar. I was charged $49.99 for a service that was not performed, and they representative told me there's no way to refund my money after all those attempts I've made to get my money back. I'm shocked.

The two guys that came to do the reversal door of my refrigerator were. Rey professional.

I had 1 put in and it would not stop pouring water in the the final catch bin and froze a 4 inch block of ice. The 2nd one never worked at all what a piece of garbage.

Canceled by some man at Best Buy Greenfield Wi Store It was given to me in compensation for mistakes and flawed rrplaced product So no compensation was really given just canceled after months to get a working refrigerator A gift card for this charge would be great and much appreciated

The ice works great and it was put in very quickly and he cleaned up

the guys they send do not know what they are doing they have to call someone to tell them how to install it. Ihave a service contractor I purchase the refrigerator from you and still have to pay to have it install

I still haven’t gotten it! Your salesperson order the wrong one and I won’t get the right one until August 19th

The ice maker has never worked. Had someone from Best Buy come out to see if it could be fixed. They didn’t touch it. Said the original installers had to come and check why it wasn’t working. I’m still waiting for this problem to be resolved.
