GAS LIKING PROBLAM. TWO TIME A HAVE TO CALL PSE&G. STILL GAS LEKING I CAN NOT USED MY DRYER .MY PLUMBER COMING MONDAY TO FIX. RIGHT NOW GAS VALVE IS SHUT OFF. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE.

There was already an existing shut off valve. Technician didn’t know how to turn it off and on

Great item and extremely reliable. Installed by the pros without a hitch. They were courteous and professional all throughout the process.

Part was needed because of original part was plastic.

I have no idea whether or not this item is of quality, or is working successfully. All I know is that I was told that I needed it, so I ordered it, and the workers installed it and now the dishwasher and the microwave are working.

The installers called us the day before installation and kept great communications during the pre instillation. Installers showed up on time with the correct items. Install could not have been any better. Totally impressed with the installation and the items are workin great.

This dishwasher is so quiet I can't tell it's on unless I look at the indicator. The dishes are so clean when the cycle is finished.

installer was polite and a great help with his expertise.

Was told my best buy associate a plumber would be out to install a new shut off valve for a dishwasher. They said the dishwasher was on backorder for 60 days. A few days before the installation I was informed they could no longer do the additional shut off valve. They also said it wouldn't be a plumber and instead just an unlicensed geek squad agent who is familiar with installing a dishwasher. I canceled the entire delivery/install and picked up a dishwasher and installed it myself. In the future I will not waste months waiting for a service that Best Buy doesn't offer.

The shut off valve was not replaced by any of Best buy's technicians. I had to pay out of pocket and call my own technician as none of Best buy's technicians could do the job
