    technician that did my ring system just go and didn't ask me to check whether the system works or not

    they came out to tell me how much and set up appointment When the time came I had to call 2 hours later asked where are they coming to install and set up cameras they are 2 hours late Then they had to come out again the batteiers in cameras was lasting less than 2 weeks Now it the same I text the tech and no respond

    Please get rid of third party companies. The dude had to watch you tube videos in order to complete the job!

    This last technician finally got everything in order, but this was an almost 4 month headache. I will not be resubscribing to Totaltech after it runs out. Horrible experience.

    I already completed a reivew. Not thrilled. Wires visible on outside of house. Left a huge hole in siding and house without calking it ir even telling us about it. Never got a follow up to original poor review

    The Geek Squad Agents knew very little about the Swan Camera System and left it up to me to get it to work properly. They could have spent 15 minutes to call Swan Tech Support (as I did) and set the system up properly. Refused to install replacement cameras for 3 cameras they had previously installed. I had to hire an electrician at my expense to reinstall. I have used Best Buy for car audio installs for over 25 years and very happy with the service. The Geek Squad agent makes the difference. Honestly I would have been better off with a third party installer for the cameras. Very frustrated! Would I recommend Geek Squad service - really depends on the agent.

    Wrong mount was received and have been unable to get correct one ordered and installation of doorbell scheduled.

    Very knowledgeable and friendly installation team, but I questioned one of the installation locations (didn't think it covered my driveway adequately). Unfortunately I was right...my car was broken into in the driveway, and the camera light didn't illuminate nor did the camera record the break-in. What a waste this Ring system is, and it's a shame that I trusted the installer's judgement rather than mine.

    Geek squad installed cameras outside my home.

    Agents mounted two cameras and solar panels. They didn’t mount the one camera where I wanted it. One guy was helpful and polite the other was not.when I asked questions he said check Best Buy.com. Wouldn’t recommend him.

    Hagerstown MD Store, They tried to install my Arlo Cameras and it was a disaster. They mounted camera on the front of my house ON THE BRICK which I told them not to do! They were never able to pair my IPhone 12 with the cameras which I had a friend do and they still haven't replaced the key that you need to take camera out of holder to charge battery. So upset!

    Disappointing. It was the second time when instead of Geek Squad another company subcontractors came at our house to tell me we did a bad choice. Our outdoor Nest cameras can not be installed. They suggested to return. We are very happy with our nest products I will not return the cameras we found someone capable and willing to work this installation elegant. I can recommend Geek Squad but not for this service. Hope to get our refund back for the service which was not performed.

    Geek Squad contractor wasted 9 hours

    Installer brought a replacement set of security cameras after the original set lost a camera's power during a mild rain. The replacement set had a different camera not working. Yet, the installer was leaving claiming my wi-fi was to blame. Senseless comment. I told him to take it all down if he couldn't get either set to work. He took it down. Done.

    Camera solar panel

    The ordered the wrong one in, then when the they in stalled the solar panels they were supposed to remove the nut from the camera stand, and replace it with a smaller one; now because they didn’t the battery won’t take a charge, not even from the charger. I tried to call there today, and was put on hold for an hour and 40 minutes; then I just hung up !

    I paid for the services a month ago but never got any work done. They kept on canceling my security installation appointments and caused inconvenience. I will never recommend security installation services from Best Buy.

    Waited 9 hours for a person to call 45 minutes past the time to say that they weren't going to make it. It was 845 at night your dang straight you're not going to be coming to my house to start work. I explained everything to your supervisor on duty at the 240 store.

    The Arlo system was good from the various technicians who had to come to first install, then replace several non-functioning units. Ultimately, result of technical issues with Arlo syste the units sere changed out for BLING.
