Geek Squad in dash camera installation

The lady that made the appointment was friendly but scheduled for a Geek Squad tech to come to my house to install home cameras even though she confirmed the product from my order history. The tech, Tristan stopped by my house and left before I could talk to him and cancelled the appointment. He left a message but when I called back he wasn't available and said to call supervisor for assistance. Supervisor also not available. I went to the store at my appointment time and they had no record of my appointment because Tristan cancelled everything. Luckily, I had the email confirmation or I doubt anything would have been done. I asked if there was a way to get it done today because I took time off for my scheduled appointment. The man that helped said he could get it done but LIv, (I think was her name) said "I doubt it, It's snowing." It wasn't snowing and her attitude reflected how much she cared about customer satisfaction. I can't remember the man who helped us, but he did a great job. Overall, scheduling was problematic, installation was a pain, and I was not overly satisfied with this encounter.
