Had 3 ring solar cameras installed on a cinder block house. The solar panels were installed on the gutters. The technician was great! Cameras are nice and secure!

The technician that performed the TV mounting service was very professional and did an extremely high quality job.

Not too easy to get assistance, but when I finally got through, the person who came out did the job.

The store could not schedule a Geek Squad install on a wireless Ring camera/spotlight and solar panel. It took 2 hours to schedule over the phone. A third-party tech arrived and wanted me to buy more cameras, even though the in store person said one was sufficient. Tech essentially wanted me to pay him $200 under the table. Took another week to reschedule the appointment, including nearly 6 more hours on the phone and a trip to the store to cancel 1st appointment. The same tech showed for 2nd appointment. The install took less than 10 minutes. Of course, it was not done correctly - spotlight did not work among other issues. Spent another 2 hours standing on a ladder, in the dark, next to the pool trying to do the proper set up with 2 separate Ring techs over the phone.

Tech was very efficient and offered helpful suggestions in positooning and operatiion of equipment. Excrllent job done.

Installers were dressed appropriately, didn’t track dirt in my house, used foot protector each time they entered. Helped with programming and kept me involved in the process.

The service was fine, it was the appt. confirmation call that did not get that did not sit well with me! Was told that I would receive a call 24hrs prior to inform me of a more precise time window in which my installation technician would arrive - “That Did Not Happen!” Then, the rep that claims that she made the call lied about it!

The Geek Squad guy I talked to was very nice and able to answer my questions. I will use them again.

Installation of cameras and panels was very good, however, due to poor WiFi signal neither camera worked adequately upon installation. Call Best Buy associate at that point but got little guidance. Strength of WiFi signal is critical to operation of this system and should have been resolved prior to Best Buy leaving.

Christine did an excellent job! I would recommend Best Buy to anybody!

Geek Squad did a great job in installing my cameras. Workmanship was excellent. They were very professional and courteous.
