These agents mounted my TV and they did it perfectly. They have all the tools for TV mount.

Ben and his Team did an outstanding job installing 5 set of Ring cameras around the house. They are clean, prompt and very professional.

When the installer came to install my Nest Doorbell, I had one working doorbell on the back door. Neither of the doorbells was working when the installer left. On the 2nd try, the SAME installer was sent and he managed to get both to work on my phone (although separate apps), but neither of my doorbells actually ring in the house. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Security Camera should be installed in conjunction with ring doorbell to give wider view of possible breakin entry points. All door ways should have coverage.

The agent installed Pro 3 cameras with 110v charging cables I supplied. The job was very neatly and expeditiously performed.

Horrible experience. We bought from Bestbuy because we were Total Tech members which meant that we had the benefit of free installation. We bought about $1,000 in ring equipmet. The Bestbuy sales person was great. He scheduled the installation for the following weekend. Well, on the day of installation, the third party installers never showed after giving me excuse after excuse. I called Total Tech who said that they were looking into it and they would escalate the matter and that someone would call me back from Total Tech. Im still waiting for that call from three weeks ago. I was also told that i would receive a call from the store that i bought everything from. I never got that call either. I ended up installing everything myself. Cameras, doorbell, alarm system, retro kits and thermostat. Then I received a call three weeks later from Total Tech wanting to confirm my scheduled installation of my ring doorbell for tomorrow. You cant make this up. It was a complete disaster and apparently zero communication. I would give this review zero stars if it was an option.
