After installation, the tech made sure all settings were right and to my satisfaction. He demonstrated all the features and made sure everything was in working order before he left. Very pleased.

The tv setup was not explained and there was no demo. The technician had a hard time getting the sound to work with my Onkyo A/V receiver. When they finally got it working they asked if I had any questions and then left. Sound stopped working 30 minutes later. I called and was told that I would have to set up another appointment. I do not feel like I received good service nor what I paid for.

A third party provider installed our tv but did not perform this service

The technicians were in a hurry and did not properly explain and setup everything like they were supposed to do.

Geek Squad did an amazing job! They were very efficient, completed a demonstration of the wall mount and TV and assured there were no questions. They even brought their portable vacuum to clean up after installation. KUDOS to the Geek Squad!

Yes, we wanted Smart connections to our cell phones, laptops and tablets. Got it, it is a smooth transition from one unit to the next and all of the information is instantly available and up to speed!♡!

They did okay they took all the old one down they set the new one up they cleaned up after themselves. But I had to argue and argue and argue with the guy to get my to get him to turn on the speaker at the same time the TV speakers were working he kept saying it's going to echo and I told him I don't care I want them both to work at the same time. It was an argument that was unnecessary. He finally after I strong armed him got the speaker working along with the TV speakers. Best buy went from charging $250 for installation to over 500. Again how you get people to despise you and hate you. That's ridiculous stupid overpriced. Call one of your techy friends they'll do it for a reasonable amt not this robbery

I’m made my first LG purchase and I was not sure if I could setup my new tv being handicapped but I knew I needed help. The technicians from Best Buy came to my residence , delivered-programmed my tv and they even installed my Fire Stick and gave me a tutorial. Money well spent. I highly recommend this additional purchase.

Very friendly and respectful. Could of gone over more directions on using tv but that could of been my fault for not asking more questions
