Excellent. I bought a 100" TV that couldn't fit in the cargo Elevator until the delivery crew took the TV out of the box. They did it and I'm really happy with their service.

They explained and modelled some features but they could have gone into a little more detail. The tv is somewhat complex.

The geek squad set up my TV with my cable box and told me my TV will work the same even though I purchased a smart TV, they failed to put it on the Internet. I purchased the set up and demonstrate. I also purchased the component add-on and demonstration, they never turned on my Blu-ray player. All they did was set up the cable box and told me the TV will work the same as my old one. I notified Best Buy and Ben the area manager told me there’s a charge to plug-in the component even though they didn’t turn it on and tell me how to work it. Ben the area manager is refusing to credit me.

The agent, the 2nd time after return of Sony tv did not enter all my streaming apps and was not very helpful showing me how it all worked. Seemed to be in a hurry.

Terrible they do not communicate well with the delivery service people. They tried three times and three times failed. No one knew where the TV was why it wasn’t getting done. Horrible time.

The Geek Squad is clueless and doesn’t understand the commitment the other departments have made to their customers

None of this was done, WiFi information was provided. Currently still needs setup the team was in a hurry. Geek squad membership is always fulfilled as promised.

There was no Demo offered. They were in too much of a hurry to leave.
