Geek squad did a great job of installing my product

easier for me and used rocketfish brackets for TV.

Had to return installation guy said I did not need it

Terrible service and the Geek Squad team had to come out three separate times to hang the soundbar and still hung it crooked. The damaged a soundbar and it had to be returned. The same crew came out all three times and every time they failed to deliver on their promises.

I am so very pleased and satisfied with this purchase.

It really enhances the movies and sporting events.

Took 3 service calls to get the results I expected from 1 service call. Part of the problem was probably mine from not being knowledgable enough about what I wanted but I believe the sales people could haavaae made this process easier.

O FOR 2--one of the sonos soundbar and subwoofers does not play well with my sonos move. The other sound bar and subwoofer does not work at all!

What a bunch of idiots. I have never used the Geek Squad before but I thought I would give them a try. I did. And I will never use them again. I gave them the exact model of my projector and receiver in my home theater. They sent a contractor over to install the speakers that the Geek Squad recommended. They were completely 100% uncompatible! I tried to buty wall speakers, but no, the idiot who answered the phone thought he knew better and sold me a sound bar that will not work with a projector system.

He mounted the sound bar to the TV. He did a great job. However, he was supposed to be at my house between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and he didn't make it until after 6:30 p.m.

I bought two Samsung Sound Bars right away for my two new Samsung TVs. I wish i had known more about WATTS before buying, but my adult children say the house vibrates so as it is. But sound is not as good as my LG that i paid $25.00 more for.

They connected my jbl 9.1 soundbar to my Sony A80. The sound would not come on when I turned the TV & soundbar on.

To be fair... I think my questions distracted the agent from fully setting up the wall sizes and settings. Also, we should have tested it more before he left. Later that evening the sub was crackling...
