    The cancelled 4 times with no warning. Never installed or delivered. Had to pick up and install myself. They refused to give me a refund. Even though they never delivered or installed

    Never come, its been more than a month waiting for mount the tv, at the end i have to cancel more than 6k in product, but nobody cares in bestbuy in pembroke pines. Simple, they are employees with 0 love for the branch. Sad and still with no TV,

    I ordered service through geek squad agent whom charged full price for home theater service call. When I reviewed bill I called geek squad was hung up on once and transferred 6 times to different agents all whom were unable to resolve the issue while also refusing to bring a supervisor into the conversation. I am a year long contract member and the normal discount would have reduced the charge by over $100.00.

    The technician was very courteous and professional. The soundbar looks great. Would definitely recommend for those of you like me that aren't very handy.

    They didn't mount it in the wall, and didn't make sure the sound in the speakers worked....which it doesn't. I need to get them back out to fix it

    Lead nstaller was asked if want I desired to be completed before I give permission to begin installation. He send it could be, I gave permission and they failed

    They will set-up and get you the app, sync, and jet. Expect not walkthrough or testing of the system other than a volume check. If you are expecting to learn about your system, and capabilities head to YouTube because they need to get back with coworkers to grab lunch. They will be vocal about this too.

    My disappointment was not so much with the installers. The installers actually did a bang up job. My grief was with the processing of the installation request. My original appointment was canceled without my knowledge. I Had to reschedule my installation date multiple times. Rearranging my schedule to accommodate the installation was very challenging. Horrible experience.

    This group of individuals cancelled my delivery date more than once without any notice. I had a planned deliver of 8 am to 1:30 pm, the app was flashing day of deliver. But no one ever showed. Called Best Buy corporate they said delivery was cancelled but no one informed me

    Scheduled 3 times to install TV on wall. First day never called, never showed. 2nd day showed at 5 pm and stated he needed additional equipment from Best Buy. Would be back Saturday to complete. NEVER CALLED- NEVER SHOWED. Returned equip and service contract on Monday for full refund.

    Geek Squad never showed for appointment and didn't return call until 45 minutes later. Long wait time to contact someone from Geek. Stated he had wrong address even though two Tv's delivered on separate days at correct address. Will not recommend.

    This service was not completed. The television is currently on a table, in front of the wall mount - WHICH I INSTALLED - no service was completed by Geek Squad personnel. The television was not even removed from the box. Sound is currently from the television only.

    We did not end of using the service due to communication issues when we purchased the service. It seems that no one felt the need to advise us that we needed the services of an electrician before any mounting could be done. As a result, we spent much more money that budgeted for this project in having to hire an electrician.

    The installer cut a cord to my tv and fried it when installing the soundbar. He was apologetic about it, but I had to deal with Best Buy for a couple of weeks to get it replaced. I would still use BB for installation anyway. Great folks.

    Still waiting for them to come out and finish installing. The original tech said he wasn't able to install surround sound just a soundbar. He said another tech would need to come out. It's been over two weeks and still can't get a call back to finish the install
