The setup people did a nice job setting up my new TV and sound bar. They are both Sony products, so they linked up well and have had no real issues since the install.

Ryan and Ryan provided A Plus service. They made sure the sound bar was installed properly, configured, looked good and also cleaned up the wires behind the TV on the wall. They are an asset to your team. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thank you!

The agents were amazing and they mounted the sound bar to the wall and it look amazing and is perfectly centered with the TV. They take their time and do a perfect job!

The agent was very particular that he centered the to completely on the wall, not to just hang it. He was very careful when moving and mounting the new tv so as not to damage it or to damage the cabinets under the tv. He mounted the new soundbar under the tv and was very careful and thorough when doing the job.

The Geek Squad had to unmount my tv in order to install the Soundbar mount so it was a bit trickier than the actual TV mounting. They carefully laid the tv down and made sure to avoid any scratches and damage. After the install, they tested the sound quality and picture again and made sure I was happy with the end result! Highly recommended.

The experience of the geek squad in setting up our 65" Samsung TV and Samsung Soundbar made installation so much easier than if we had done it ourselves. Two installers are sent to the house on any installation of a TV 65 inches or larger to ensure safe handling and installation of the TV and soundbar. The knowledge of experienced installers is invaluable because they are familiar with the process of how to correctly mount the TV and soundbar, connect various devices to the TV, connect to the internet and optimize settings.

Easy to install. Great sound.. wish I bought the rear speakers... they are discontinued.

Very satisfied. Roman at Grove City made sure I bought exactly what I needed. Very nice install by Nick from geek squad. This looks really nice on the wall. It’s tucked right up underneath the tv. No cables showing. Looks very neat. I like that we can add additional receivers throughout the house and we will be getting a couple of those.

There was an issue regarding the correctness of this item for the sound bar and the TV. The installers had to make an atypical adjustment (bailing wire essentially) to make it work. Seems to be ok so far.

Let me start my saying that the installers had to install an 86 inch tv and soundbar. They carefully got the products into my home without scratching the walls. They spent hours making sure the placement of tv was correct with all wires concealed. Everything was neatly done and I am really impressed.

The Geek Squad installed everything promtly and proffessional at all times. Always explained the item thoroughlly before they departed.
