Set up was not the best had multiple issues with installation. From timeliness to customer service being extremely rude.

The agents set everything up well. I had not actually added this set up to my cart prior to their arrival, and they still took care of it when they came. It was very nice of them and they were excellent.

The installation of our TV mount was efficient, and they suggested attachment of the sound bar to the bottom of the TV. All is going well.

Horrible service, no one knows what’s going on between the delivery the install the manufacturer and the shop Best Buy handles this horribly three wasted days on vacations just to try and receive a delivery that they could never get to me and they never even had the product in stock, but no one knows that because they’re horrible
