My installer was excellent. Really appreciate his attention to detail and he was over and above to get your set up. He explained features on our new tv and sound bar. I would highly recommend him. It’s been a little while but believe his name was Alex.

Purchasing the sound bar is a smart thing to do. I highly recommend Best Buy’s geek squad to come to your home to install any purchase you by !!! You could not be more satisfied knowing that everything was completed the correct way. The sound bar gives that extra boost to enjoying your TV.

Guy came out to mount my sound-bar to the wall...he made sure it was level and straight, everything turned out great on the mounting of the sound-bar. There were a few hiccups with the overall mounting package that I purchased but so far, I'm happy with everything to include the mounting of my sound-bar.

Excellent. There was a problem with our TV mount when they came. They quickly made an appointment for a re-visit and ensured that my TV was wall mounted with the correct TV mount. They advice you correctly

I had geek squad install my 77inch LG Tv and connect it to Vizio sound bar. They came on time , were efficient and did a very satisfactory installation of TV and sound bar. the TV is really big and heavy and it was installed very quickly.

Once they get your order correct the do a good job installing your flat panel TV and sound bar. However there a different level text who come out to do the installation and some know more about settling up the TV and sound bar/system.

I purchased the Sonos sound bar and had it installed by the Geek Squad. I'm very pleased with the professionalism of the tech agent who help with the install and insured I knew how to operate the new system.

Overall, the installer did a fine job. He did say we could contact him for additional help. We have tried to do that with no response; Otherwise he did an excellent job, protected furniture, cleaned up afterward, were polite and professional.
