They did a great installing the sound bar. Sound is great and install and wiring doesn't bother me at all. Because I live in an older bldg. wiring isn't up to modern standards, but they did a great job. Thanks!

I’m so glad I didn’t try to install this on my own, especially into a fireplace. It looks great-despite the directions being problematic. It it had been me installing it I would probably have tried to return it.

I just had my new tv mounted by Best Buy a few months before I purchase the soundbar setup . I went into the store and the home theater sale associate wasn’t sure what to ring up so he asked for assistance. The other associate came over and was going to charge me to uninstall my tv and then charge me to reinstall my tv plus charge me for a soundbar setup . I’m like that a lot of services being charge because if I was getting a tv install done they would have just charged me $50 because I have the total geek squad package. But that service would have included an uninstall of my existing tv and mounted the new tv so why would you charge me $100 to do that all over again.long story short they overcharged me , the 3rd party installer didn’t even have to remove my tv from the wall . I told him they charged me for a tv mount install and he told me he would make notes to them so they would know and just go to the store and get my $50 back from the store . I went to the store that was closer to my home to return the service that was not done and they were going to send me all the way back to the other store I did my setup from . Only reason I purchase the install with the other store because I was in the area at that time but because it was only $50 dollars they said they would take care of me . I get it you don’t wanna lose money I use to work at Best Buy years ago but don’t try and inconvenience a customer because you didn’t want to lose money for the day .. I have purchased over 10,000 in that store within a year .Best Buy in Las Vegas have to do better with their customer service . Even when you go into the store nobody speaks or ask if you need help . Every time I go into the Marks location I have to ask for help and people are just standing around talking to each other .. my install was purchased at the Maryland store where it took 3 people to figure out what I needed to be charged and the Marks location hesitated to give me my money back.. with this new total geek squad package the associate need to have a better guide in helping them to figure out what to charge people . Because if I didn’t say something I would have loss out of some money and I’m pretty sure other customers are being overcharged .. the new geek squad service can be great if people really knew what they were doing .
