Great sound bar. I would buy again. The sound id crystal clear

These Geek Squad guys are good. Knew exactly what they were doing. With the soundbar and subwoofer the sound is great for tv or just playing my favorite music.

The Sony sound bar makes it sound like you're in a theatre with surround sound. We used to have a Bose 5 speaker surround sound system and the sound that comes out of this sound bar is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Love it!!!!!

Geek squad showed up on time and on schedule, installed my sound bar and did a great job setting it up to work with my TV.

All was good except the TV we had wasn’t compatible with the sound bar. The technician recommended we buy new TV. We ordered thru the Best Buy technician. The salesperson who we had purchased originally from the store on 5th ave 47st got so upset. He said we won’t be covered by their team as we have purchased thru the technician. It’s for my mom & she’s really upset with the Best Buy team.

The agents mounted all of my new devices and connected them to work together. I am very pleased.

The agents mounted the television and hooked up the additional devices. They were very helpful and explained everything to me.

Soundbar connect went smoothly and the Geeks were efficient. More time spent explaining things would have been helpful though.

Without question an excellent install! Team measured and remeasured and did NOT act like they were in a race to leave (like another outfit in town). After install the Geek Squad checked operation and went through the functions of entire system including helping me choose initial settings. Don’t go anywhere else for an install especially when you’re dropping some major money for a nice system.

The guys showed up on time. They were friendly and offered the best advice for positioning our new tv. They were super efficient. I feel confident that my system will not have any issues.
