ROBERT is the man! what a nice guy! He wore a mask the whole time and even put on shoe protectors while entering my home. He was very professional and did the job right the first time. He took the time to explain the functions of the remote and TV. He even hooked up my Netflix account for me - I was lucky enough that he came back the following week to install my sound bar. Again, so nice and acted like we were old friends. I would have him back and trust my investments in his hands any day. Thank you!

They did an excellent job of hooking the system up and making sure that all of the wires were out of the way.

I tried other sound bar systems and the Samsung is clearly the best . The quality of sound is as good as I’ve ever heard in this kind of system. It’s extremely user-friendly !

Installation was good; however, I have requested a return visit 3 times with no luck getting a response.

I had purchased a new TV at the same time and had the TV and sound bar installed. It was worth the price to have both installed. The installers where on time, I appreciated the call 30 minutes before that they would be on time. That is so good PR/Customer Service. That is truly missing from other companies. I made sure the area was clear of all breakable items and things that did not need to be there. They were in and out in 50 minutes! It does help to have the area prep for them to work in with just what is expected to be there. The installers were polite to me and my home and very knowledgeable about the setup. I recommend them every time. Just so I do not have to deal with cables.

The young man knew exactly what to do and did it even with two old seniors watching his every move.

Jonathon was on time, Masked and professional. He did a good job mounting 2 sound bars and there were no issues.

After a little bit of trouble as the first TV was getting installed and it was discovered it had screen damage (Not the Geek Squads fault) Getting a second TV was more difficult and the installers did not do set up the system to my liking but after the third time the installer was wonderful and now I am happy with the service

Geek Squad mounted my Playbar so close to the TV that you can't even see any wires unless you look closely. They did a great job with everything and were very nice.

Eddie and Team installed a 50 inch TV and connected it. They did a great job figuring out how to get around some problems.
