The two Geek Squad workers mounted the TV & soundbar perfectly! I highly recommend their services!

They did a good job. Just recently it did come off my wall. I hope someone can come out and adjust the mount on the wall.

I had a huge problem when they initially mounted my new television to the wall because the television was broken and the guy left it on the wall looked at me and said helpfully they can get you a new on in the near future. I was furious. I called the store and then went to the store and the manager had a different person come with a new television and replace the broken one within 2 hours so in the end I was completely satisfied with the servivce

I wish I could remember the technicians name who came out and mounted my sound bar system. It was the second time that he came out. The first time, I had been sold the wrong system for my needs. He immediately let me know and then made a few suggestions that would suit me. He came out after I purchased one of the systems he suggested and took about 20-30 minutes to set it up. He worked fast and efficient. He explained about the system and how it worked and showed me a few things I could do to get the best out of it. Very happy with the service I got from him.
