The sound bar was mounted below the TV and all wiring to the TV and Sound Bar was mounted through the wall with nothing showing on the wall. Very good!

Deivery was canceled twice by vendor with no explanation. Zero help from customer service reps on phone. Very frustrating it took 2 weeks. Separately, the 2 squad members who showed up and did the installation were outstanding. Very friendly and professional. Hope they return if I ever order again from Best Buy.

Mike came to install my TV and soundbar. He and his coworker were very professional, knowledgeable and most of all courteous. I highly recommend them. Mike recommended other items rather than what we had originally purchased. We went to the store, returned the original items and bought the ones he recommended. He came back later to install our stuff in spite of his busy schedule! Kudos to Mike!

The agent did a wonderful installation on both my TV & Sound Bar. I would absolutely recommend the Geek Squad to anyone/everyone that needs professional assistance with electronic installation or set-up. They are always professional, polite, informative and honest and upfront with answers. If they are not sure of something they don't push you off, they try to direct you to someone who can give you an answer or to where (internet, etc...) you can get an answer.

Store was great. We had some issues with the original install, but once we went back to the store they were able to correct things and get everything fixed.
