We would highly recommend mounting the Sound bar to the TV. It was done very well.

The Geek Squad team did a fantastic job of mounting the soundbar. They were quick, efficient, accurate and more than professional. Communication was excellent. They cleaned as they worked and left the area spotless when they were ready to leave. Couldn't have asked for better service.

For the life of me, I can not remember the two Geek Squad gentlemans' names who mounted my Sonos Arc in my living room and mounted my new Samsung 43" Series 8 TV and Sonos Beam in my office. They were and are the best of the best. They are EVERYTHING that anyone could want in Geek Squad services. Everything that they did personified perfection. Very, very knowledgeable. I am so very grateful for this Geek Squad team!

The two agents quickly determined they were given the wrong TV to install that also included an inappropriate mounting hardware. While one went back to pick up the correct TV model the other agent worked on installing the other TV and sound bar. This was done extremely well and quickly. When the other agent returned with the correct TV the two agents got that TV mounted very quickly. The two agents were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

Our Geek Squad Tech was John from the Madison East store in WI. I cannot say enough good things about his professional service, besides his being just a genuinely nice guy. John was knowledgeable, honest, and informative. His skill and judgement are trustworthy. He took the time to make sure I had complete understanding of my product. He was extremely courteous. Very pleased.

The sound bar has a fantastic sound, The mounting was done in a way the sound is very vibrant throughout our family room.

Dan and John are the best! I had them install my 77" TV on a wall where the stairs go to my basement. I had to put up scaffolding and they went to work. They did a fantastic job installing the TV and sound bar, Clean installation, They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. They made sure it was working and dialed in for me. I would recommend Dan and John for any installation!!

The Geek Squad that mounted my new TV and wall panel that concealed the cords did a PERFECT job. These young men were knowledgeable, went right to work and were done in no time at all. It's nice to have somebody come in to your home to do a job, and it's done right the first time. Clean, neat, and respectful--Best Buy should be proud to have a team like this representing them. great product, the sound is great although it is really directional. You have to be right in front of bar to get best audio quality.
