Jared did an excellent job of installing both TVs, wall mounts, and sound bar, and all other components. He took the time to explain how the soundbar worked and all the other features of the TVs worked. If I need other installs done I will be requesting Jared.

Needed to hear at normal volume without increasing volume to an unusual level. This sound bar is perfect. It does the job.

We had Geek Squad set up the soundbar mounting bracket to the tv wall bracket and they completed the soundbar setup.

No problems with this sound bar … excellent sound. This product seems to be top notch! My Geek Squad tech was wonderful also!!

the agents installed my sound bar and connected it to my TV which they also mounted. they made sure everything was working and the settings were to my liking. they made it so that my tv remote interacted w/the sound bar so I only get to use 1 remote! the guys were very personable and professional. they made sure everything was to my liking and all my questions answered before leaving.

The agent that came out was extremely helpful on how to hook up and use my new sound bar. He also set up my fire stick control to be able to adjust the volume also. He explained how everything works and what not to do also. I hope you get the same person that I did. I wish I could remember his name. Very patient and knowledgeable!

They did an excellent job installing my samsung soundbar.

I had my TV mounted and the guys, Vince and Andy, utilized my wireless pre mounting I have. They did an awesome job. I had someone else come back to attach a bracket to connect the soundbar to the TV. They would not utilize the wireless system and, when the remounted the TV, it's now crooked.
