Bought this to go along with the Samsung TV I purchased. Love the sound and base! Simple to install.

I bought a mount and has the Geek Squad mount this onto the wall! Very clean and professionally installed!!

My technician was excellent both of them. They were very patient knowledgeable of what they were doing setting up my television and sound bar. I really appreciate both technicians and very pleased.

I canceled the service as I preferred to not mount the bar.

The agent was able to mount and connect my sun Brite soundbar with talent and skill. Because of the way that the TV was mounted, it was almost impossible to insert the plug into the back of the TV. John made it appear easy. He was also super helpful. He connected my remote to the TV when he saw me struggling with that. He deserves a raise in pay and promotion

The guys who came to the house did the best job ever

Sonos Sound Bar was installed after the TV was installed and I had to connect my other Sonos speakers versus the quasi Geek Squad member doing it per the sales team member. Again, I say I'd recommend this Geek Squad service but with reservations. Appears that the services are being contracted to third parties who do not have ID or come prepared to do the job they're assigned to do.

Amanda, our consultant was able to connect our new t.v. and the new Sonos sound bar very quickly using our IPad instead of the usual smartphone for the necessary app. Also installed or hooked up Alexa with the sound bar. She instructed us on how to use the remote to move around the t.v. to get to the different devices.
