We had the Bose Sound Bar sitting under the TV on our dresser. Best Buy Geek Squad recommended this particular Sound Bar Mount so that they could integrate the sound bar mount with the Premium TV mount and still put the Apple TV, Xfinity controller and Harmony box behind the TV. With the Sound Bar Mount connected to the TV mount, the sound bar moves with the TV. The products are great. the Geek Squad team is superb! Thanks so much.

The other was a number of different issues connecting my TV and soundbar the technicians from The geek squad that came out we're very professional and did the very best to correct the problem. I will continue to recommend that total tech program and as all technicians I have come across have done a very good job

The team that mounted our soundbar was very professional and knowledgeable Bout the product. They were mindful of hiw they handled our soundbar and TV which i truly appreciated.

Unfortunately I was sold a soundbar mount that would not work with my television. Upon arriving for the installl the geek squad techs informed that it would not work and in fact Best Buy does not sell a soundbar mount for a 85” tv. The rest of the geek squad install was great though.

The contractor had a little difficulty getting things to work properly when connecting the soundbar to the rest of the components. We had to go purchase an audio cable, and he came back on his own time and installed it and set the tv up to make sure all was working as it needed to be. I was very impressed with the young man. He gave his all to make sure we were happy with his work and our system.

Cannot say enough good things about my install team. Professional and took all safety protocols for covid throughout the install process. Installed my giant TV, mount to wall, mesh network and hooked up all Sonos equipment to my network/TVs. Walked through everything installed and reviewed all my questions. Simply top notch - would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
