Waiting for them to come in and mount my new sound bar

Sonos Sound Bar was installed after the TV was installed and I had to connect my other Sonos speakers versus the quasi Geek Squad member doing it per the sales team member. Again, I say I'd recommend this Geek Squad service but with reservations. Appears that the services are being contracted to third parties who do not have ID or come prepared to do the job they're assigned to do.

Geek squad guys were fantastic!!!! They were knowledgeable and kind and presented themselves in a professional but friendly manner. Every question we threw at them they answered with great detail and in "real life" terms, lol, the sound bar is GREAT!!!! and we could not be more please with our new Samsung products.

The guys had it up in no time! Cleaned up afterwards and they knew what they were doing!

The agent set up and connected the sound bar. VEry satisfied.

Again Geek Squad service for mounting a shelf on which you can put anything, not just a sound bar - I've got a blu ray player on this. Everyone shoud sign up for the Annual Geek Squad coverage... I wouldn't be without it. I've recommended to many people. It just makes sense!

Geek Squard is professional. They came in during the provided time window. They communicated how the TV would be mounted and answered all of our questions. They ensured that we understand how to use the TV and sound bar before they left. Totaltech might sound costing a lot, but it is actually worthy!!

Bose 500 has remarkable sound, and the Geek squad did a fantastic job mounting it!!

I about a mount for my sound bar last year. The techs installed the sound bar and the holder to my 75 inch tv that was mounted a few months prior to the purchase. It has been almost a year and I have no complaints

Team was very quick and polite throughout the whole process. Ensured Soundsystem was properly hooked up and showed me how to operate it. Even ensured area was cleaned up prior to leaving. Excellent process by the Qeek Squad, Thank you.

I’ve used geek squad several times, mostly because it’s convenient. This time they sent one person to install a 55” tv on the wall. They did not take away my old tv as requested. Told me the cords could not be put into the wall, he would have to drill through the side of the house to do so. Last tv had the cords in the wall! Very basic installation, nothing special

If you can spare the extra $30, I say do it! The added aesthetic is worth it, and it helps to have your sound come at you from eye level. I was tentative at first, but glad I made the decision.
