Geek Squad certainly is knowledgeable and they were very professional. They installed my TV on wall mount and also hooked up my soundbar and put the soundbar on TV mount. They then helped me set up my TV. There are many additional benefits to being a Geek Squad member. I have not taken full advantage of all the benefits but hope to in the near future.

I highly suggest GS install. Sound bar was mounted perfectly to the TV with no gaps.

They were able to mount my soundbar to my tv without the gap showing in between the tv and soundbar. I LOVE THAT!!! Makes it look like its ALL ONE PIECE

I purchased a new TV as well as a 5 yr protection plan, delivery, set-up and programming/integration of the new TV with my other equipment. This includes a Bose Solo 15 unit - not actually a sound bar per se, but for purposes of this review it qualifies as such. Having the Geek Squad agent hook up all my equipment correctly while installing the TV gave me peace of mind and saved me a lot of frustration.

The gentleman that set up my sound bar was so very nice. I had additional questions about my TV and he helped me with that also. I really love being a TotalTech customer and get great service.

I mounted my previous TV above my fireplace. I decided to have Geek Squad do it for me this time. That is the only way to go. The Geek Squad mounted my TV, mounted my sound bar and hooked up my XBox in 2 1/2 hours. They made all the wiring look neat and hidden. They did in a couple of hours what would have taken me a couple of days to do myself. Definitely the only way to go.

The Geek Squad technicians from Gilroy (Eddie and Jamie) did an outstanding job of installing and configuring both our bedroom TV and Sonos soundbar as well as making recommendations to our network that increased throughput by about 12 times its previous speed.
