Geek squad hooked everything up. Very good sound. No problem

The agents were exceptionally professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. I can't recommend them highly enough. They were just fantastic.

Geek Squad did a great job with the installation. One tech showed up and immediately he knew another was going to be needed because of the size of the television. One call and a little while later another tech shows up and the job is completed.

Sound bar was mounted correctly. Only issue was we could not get the subwoofwr connected. They say I need to get my wifi set up (just moved into a new house) but from my understanding the subwoofer and sound bar communicate via Bluetooth not wifi - a little disappointed

These guys are awesome! I am what "some" people might refer to as being overly picky. The Geek Squad hung my Sony 77" & 65" televisions and Sound Bar perfectly. They were extremely patient & while I was trying to determine the best height to hang it. I will continue to use Geek Squad for my future technology needs.

I have had a number of things installed by the Geek Squad and they have never let me down. With my recent TV and sound bar mounting they even went over options to mount the sound bar to my TV instead of to the wall. I didn’t know I could do that with my Bose sound bar. Keep up the great work!

Super job getting the Sonos Arc soundbar mounted, and connectged. Tech also got two Sonos Roams set up and synced. Couldn't be happier.

Soundbar never installed nor needed with this SONY! Jnstallers did a very professional job, though final completion of AUX functions was delayed by a loose audio connection which my son ccorrected.

The tech's that came to the house an mounted the sound bar were very professional and complete the job very quickly. And the set up the remote and answered all our questions. Hi marks all around!

The agent came out an Professionally installed my audio equipment. First I appreciate the fact that they had covering for there feet which kept foot tracks down. All my questions where answered and plenty of advice and recommendations were given.

The geek from the geek squad was very good. He explained to me what he was doing and answered my questions. He was going to be later than the appointed time and he called to let me know early enough and also a few minutes before he arrived.

Two gentlemen came over to install our TV and soundbar and they were extremely professional and did an amazing job. They were careful with my home and took pride in their work. Highly recommend
