Excellent customer service, very professional and knowledgeable

The Geek Squad guys were very professional and extremely efficient. They wall mounted the Tv exactly where we needed it and then miunted the sound bar immediately below the TV. Installation went quickly and they cleaned up afterwards.

Installers were on time and quickly installed the new sound bar.

All went well with the Sonos soundbar installation.

This was a return visit post installation. The original squad member installed the sound bar with optical cable and there was an inconsistent nonsynchronization between audio and video. The technician changed the connection to ARC and it has made a vast improvement.

Fernando expertly attached the sound bar to the TV frame mount.

What a value!! Pay one fee to cover all of your electronics, including the ones not purchased at Best Buy!! WOW, you cannot go wrong. Plus installation of big screen TVs, the installation charges alone covers this cost of the protection.

Super job getting the Sonos Arc soundbar mounted, and connectged. Tech also got two Sonos Roams set up and synced. Couldn't be happier.

My soundbar was mount. However, in all fairness, I already had a sound bar up so the Geek Squad only had to replace the one I purchased for the new one. The Geek Squad customer service I received was excellent!

The agents installed my tv and sound bar quickly. They also programed my remote for me. They help with installing the app on my phone to use my Sonos sound bar. Nice benefit from having geek squad is they will help you with all of your other electronic devices. Even ones that were purchased at Best Buy.

The sound is wonderful. We don't think we'll need auxiliary speakers!

We were a little frustrated with how the eArc on the new sound are failed to connect with the tv about 50% of the time, but Lucas changed the setup to standard Arc and it seems to always connect the tv to the sound bar now.

Always a pleasure to have everything put together properly. Love having the soundbar mounted to the TV so they can move together.
