The geek from the geek squad was very good. He explained to me what he was doing and answered my questions. He was going to be later than the appointed time and he called to let me know early enough and also a few minutes before he arrived.

The geek squad does not fool around! They hung my 77 inch Bravia, surround sound, DVD Player and hooked up my cable and WI-FI hiding all the wires in the wall! The guys did an excellent job and did it quick and super clean! Highly recommended!!

The Geek Squad guys were very professional and extremely efficient. They wall mounted the Tv exactly where we needed it and then miunted the sound bar immediately below the TV. Installation went quickly and they cleaned up afterwards.

Easy installion - good sound quality - really a good addition to TV

So, this would be a five-star if it wasn't for the price. Charging extra to mount a soundbar when you already paid for a TV, the soundbar, the TV mount, soundbar mount, and for the TV service for the TV to be mounted seems like a money-grab when it takes roughly 3-10 minutes extra depending on your installer. Despite the price, the service would be hard-pressed to be any better.

What a value!! Pay one fee to cover all of your electronics, including the ones not purchased at Best Buy!! WOW, you cannot go wrong. Plus installation of big screen TVs, the installation charges alone covers this cost of the protection.

My soundbar was mount. However, in all fairness, I already had a sound bar up so the Geek Squad only had to replace the one I purchased for the new one. The Geek Squad customer service I received was excellent!

WE HAVE THE DOLBY ATMOS SOUND BAR AND SUB WOOFER BY SONY - IT WAS RECOMMENDED BY OUR IN HOME ADVISOR WHO CAME TO OUR HOME TO EVALUATE PLACEMENT OF SOUND BAR & SUB WOOFER ETC. WHEN YOU BUY THE TOP OF THE LINE YOU ALSO WANT THE TOP OF THE LINE ACCESSORIES - WE NOW FEEL WE ARE AT THE MOVIES WITH THIS MAGIFICENT TV - SOUND BAR SUB WOOFER ETC! WELL WORTH IT!!!

This was a return visit post installation. The original squad member installed the sound bar with optical cable and there was an inconsistent nonsynchronization between audio and video. The technician changed the connection to ARC and it has made a vast improvement.

Wanted 6 TV /Monitors (and Sound Bars for each) installed in new office. Scheduling was not difficult and was fully explained inside the store. Pricing was very reasonable. I had some concrete walls but the team showed up with tools already in their truck to perform. They cleaned up very good as they were leaving. Walk-Around after work was done was very professional.
