Installation was good. Cables are hidden. Sound bar is parallel to TV

The agent came out an Professionally installed my audio equipment. First I appreciate the fact that they had covering for there feet which kept foot tracks down. All my questions where answered and plenty of advice and recommendations were given.

The geek from the geek squad was very good. He explained to me what he was doing and answered my questions. He was going to be later than the appointed time and he called to let me know early enough and also a few minutes before he arrived.

The agents were very professional and knew what they were doing. Everything was done without prompting to make everything very tidy. We are happy with the outcome.

The sound and bass is so good. I just love it plus the price was right.

The guys did a great job in installing the new sound bar. They were efficient and neat in packaging the defective sound bar to return.

The Geek Squad guys were very professional and extremely efficient. They wall mounted the Tv exactly where we needed it and then miunted the sound bar immediately below the TV. Installation went quickly and they cleaned up afterwards.

Tv mounting great but wrong sub woofer mount. Hence 3 star

The geek squad does not fool around! They hung my 77 inch Bravia, surround sound, DVD Player and hooked up my cable and WI-FI hiding all the wires in the wall! The guys did an excellent job and did it quick and super clean! Highly recommended!!

Sound bar was mounted correctly. Only issue was we could not get the subwoofwr connected. They say I need to get my wifi set up (just moved into a new house) but from my understanding the subwoofer and sound bar communicate via Bluetooth not wifi - a little disappointed

Geek team was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Note that the members are Best Buy direct staff and not a 3rd party contractor. Wish I could say the same for them.

What a value!! Pay one fee to cover all of your electronics, including the ones not purchased at Best Buy!! WOW, you cannot go wrong. Plus installation of big screen TVs, the installation charges alone covers this cost of the protection.
