Live movie theater experience. very good sound quality

The guys did a excellent job mounting two TVs to the heights I wanted, with sound bars and hiding the wiring in the walls. They did a complicated job and made it look easy. And all the time answering all my questions about the TV and even questions about my cable company that the cable guy couldn’t answer.

Marlon was outstanding. Extremely helpful and took care of everything. He is a real asset to the Geek Squad!

The technicians were very polite. I believe that a survey prior to install would have informed the tech more about the job, expectations, and the tools needed to perform the installation. Overall it was a good experience and I would not only use beat buy again I would recommend them.

Great sound quality for someone who wears hearing aids......

For the first time ever, we decided to mount our TV on the wall. Glad we did and super glad we had the Geek Squad provide the service. They installed the mount, the TV, and the Bose Sound Bar. They connected them all and ensured they worked properly. Finally, they cleaned up and disposed of all packing material.

The two members of the Geek Squad were the very BEST i consider my myself very lucky as the two gentlemen were neat and very careful and considerate. made sure everything was working before they left. and gave me a quick how to operate lesson could only pray to get them again for any delivery or install

The geek squad and I made an appointment with to install my TV and new sound system. But then I had to cancel my appointment and they made it easy to cancel and that was the best part I did not feel pressured in anyway to reschedule or any other requests
