The 2 young men who installed my TVs, wall mounts, sound bars and mounts + internet switch did an amazing job. After installation was completed, they setup all the equipment so it was ready to go. A+ job.

See my review on TV install by Geek Squad. They did a solid job of mounting the TV and this soundbar mount with it. They made sure everything was working. It's a little higher up than I wanted but remember it costs more to come back out and fix so make sure you get it exactly how you want it the first time. Much appreciated though.

This is not an easy install. Must be patient. Sony does a horrible job of providing no template in order to determine how far wall mount screw should be apart. You have to measure the distance and if you are off by even an 1/8” or so it will be difficult to mount. Geek squad did it but wasn’t easy. Nice job Sony,

The geek squad was great. Problem happened at store in my opinion, they never once suggested in home consulting to make sure what we thought we were buying and what we did buy for our home sound/ TV requirements were apples and oranges.

The Geek Squad agents installed the Soundbar for my 65" OLED TV in a quick and efficient manner. It significantly enhances my viewing pleasure. I recommend purchasing the apparatus from Best Buy and having their technicians properly install it.

Quality product installed with care. Product came in damaged box, which concerned me. Has been working fine. TCL speakers synch nicely with TCL Series 6 TV

I bought the soundbar w/woofer because I was worried that the TV speaker would sound too tinny. I also bougtt a wireless headset and find that I seldom use the soundbar. Maybe if I was an audiophile I'd use it more. Audio is great out of this soundbar so I'll use it when others are watching tv too.

We had a very positive experience using The Geek Squad to set up our entertainment system. The Technician David Trejo was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The technician was on time and used his time wisely. He also walked me through and explained in detail how to use our new system.

The process of scheduling a appointment with the Geeks for the installation of our new TV was a 1 star experience...laborious process of navigating the automated prompts...long wait times on the phone...disconnected phone calls...but once the Geeks arrived at our home it became a 5 star experience

The agents mounted my 85 in TV to the wall and hooked it up to my WiFi and set up my TV and apps for me. Very efficient and cleaned up everything

This is our second install with the Geek Squad. Their home tech evaluation is valuable in the selection process to ensure whole house compatibility with ALL electronics in home. Install technician knows his stuff. Mounted indoor and outdoor TVs with soundbars

I had zero experience on mounting a sound bar. Geek Squad (Mark/Derek) did an awesome job of letting me know my options from standalone mount vs TV-Mount and the pros/cons of each! Super Impressed.

The Geek Squad crew connected my sound bar and sub woofer without a hitch. Also, they walked me through how to use the Sonos app for controlling the sound bar and my additional speakers. They double checked everything to make sure it was working correctly.

The system had to be set up with a replacement due to manufacturer defect. The second set up was done differently than the first one. This system works now. I believe it was not set up and installed correctly the first time. It is seeming to work good now. That is why my review was only 3 stars.

Jeff Sanchez made the installation experience of my TV, sound bar and Xbox truly enjoyable. Jeff was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was patient, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with his easy going demeanor. He went over and beyond what would be expected from an installer. He is exceptional!
