Best Buy canceled my installation twice and both times they did it the morning of the appointment. Not only is this experience frustrating, but each time they tried rescheduling me at the back of the queue, which was a week later rather than prioritizing my appointment ahead of others with a later scheduled date. In speaking with customer service I got the feeling that nobody really understood what was going on as I would get multiple different explanations for why my service was continually being canceled. Unfortunately, you’re speaking with a call center. I believe they’re in Guatemala who can only reschedule you instead of finding a solution. I will never purchase this service again.

The agents were extremely knowledgeable as I had an installation that had to go through paneling. They were efficient, neat and installed the TV and soundbar perfectly. No issues whatsoever!

Thank goodness for this guy and geek squad! Originally, Best Buy sent a 3rd party company to put up our TVs. This man, found and corrected all the mistakes this other company made! He is amazing!

The agent Fernando was awesome he set up everything that he had and was very efficient was very professional and all manners unfortunately Best Buy didn’t live up to my expectations it took over a month to get my items what are my TV is damaged so I’m waiting for replacement my sound bar is sitting on top of my entertainment unit because I don’t have the mounts for them to fix can’t talk to anybody I called the store and get apologies but it’s not the store it’s a screeners and they can’t do anything about it still waiting for a miracle

The Geek Squad was right on time and had the 75" Samsung TV, and the soundbar mounted and installed in less than 2 hours. They hauled away all the empty boxes and trained me on how to operate the TV. Joe and his assistant were very pleasant and helpful.

The installer that came did this sound bar and also mounted our 65" Flat Screen TV. He did a great job and we've had no problems since the install. Recommend.

The speaker mounts were not correct so Other ones had to be ordered. I waited for someone to come back to complete the install but it didn’t happen. I understand the Covid thing happened but couldn’t someone communicate with me?

The Geek Squad agent installed everything quickly and neatly. Wires are hidden, TV and soundbar are centered and hooked up correctly. They showed me how to use everything and asked me questions along the way to make sure it was installed to my liking.

Dante and Jake did a great job in mounting our soundbar to our TV and leveling everything. The suggested a better mount than we had, which really made a difference. Great work!

The installers did a good job, but not after a terrible experience. I paid for this service and it's way overpriced, but i figured it would save me a hassle because I work a lot and if it was an expensive service, then it would be a top shelf service too. I was wrong. The appointment was to mount the TV and soundbar. I paid for a bracket for the sound bar suggested by the best buy associate. My girlfriend took the day off of work for the appointment since I had to work. They confirmed the appointment via text at 11 pm the night before. Very unprofessional. They called me saying they had a bunch of calls outs and had to reschedule. I had plans to watch the game with friends that Thursday and I had to cancel them AND they got to pick the day that was convenient for them, not me. I didn't make a big deal about it and politely accepted despite my frustration. My girlfriend lost $200 of work. She had to take another day off of work. Guess what? They never showed up! Another $200 of work lost for nothing. I sent him a text asking why. He never responded. I called best buy, got their call center in another country. The lady put me on hold and then we got disconnected after over 30 minutes on the phone. I called again and ended up being on the phone for well over an hour. The agent spent a long time trying to figure out what happened but couldn't get ahold of anyone. He also said he couldn't reschedule because it's still listed as "in transit". So he told me to call back tomorrow to reschedule. The other guy finally texted back and said that the office was supposed to call me, which they didn't, and that the bracket for the sound bar that the best buy associate suggested is incompatible with the sound bar. They seriously couldn't just call and see if I wanted them to work around it? The agent on the phone told me to call tomorrow, and they can reschedule. Then he promised me compensation for the inconvenience, but I'd have to call for that. I called the next day and had to speak to the call center again. Another long phone call. Again, they could do nothing because it was still listed as "in transit". I ended the call with no resolution. Hours later, I received a notification that my appointment has been scheduled. The picked a day and time the next week without consulting with me. That Saturday, I decided to call the store manager and complain. I called and it transfered me to the call center even though the number was local. I immediately got frustrated. Why is it a local number if it's going to the Philippines? I asked the lady why I can't just call them, and she said it's because you need an extension. I got frustrated, but not at her, and explained to her that's senseless and she hung up on me before I could get the extension. So, I got up and drove to the store. Got the store manager, Lamar, and he was very nice and helpful. After looking into it, he acknowledged that the situation was as messy as I said it was. He couldn't make changes because it's listed as "in transit". That phrase was really starting to irritate me. I remained kind and respectful hoping for a resolution. He told me they would look into it, and a guy named Jordan gave me his number and told me to text him if I have any concerns. Lamar also told me they would compensate me for the inconvenience after everything is resolved. Next week, the manager of GS reaches out. He was very nice, and told me that they would refund me for the sound bar bracket after the service. He also told me that the sound bar came with it's own, so I never needed to purchase one, and they could've just used that when they decided not to show up the second time. His guy showed up on time, installed it, and I got the refund for the bracket. I never got the compensation I was promised, and I can't get a hold of anyone. Jordan responded to texts before the service was done, but never responded after I told him I could not get a hold of Lamar. I can't find the extension number for the store, and when I call the number, the call center people say there isn't one and act like there never was. I'm so frustrated. Then they say the only way to speak to a manager is to put in a request through them and they'll call you back. Guess what? They don't. Worst company and experience I've ever been apart of. I spent about $5,000 November-december, and probably well over $25,000 since starting to work. I'm not spending a dime on them, and sharing this experience with evreyone I can and any media outlet that I can until this gets addressed.

He mounted and installed our TV, sound bar and set up our universal remote. He also showed us how to use the sound bar with our music apps. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, cleaned-up the work area nicely, and wore a mask.

The techs more than earned their money. Wife had em move the TV lower after it was mounted. I had em take the sound bar off the mount and then changed my mind. They were cheerful and accommodating through out the whole process.
