Technician did a good job on the installation. My only complaint is he did not leave me the Samsung walm mounting hardware for my sound bar. I was thinking about mounting it on the wall..

The communication before the install was appreciated. Phil kept me advised of the arrival time which was appreciated. A quick and thorough job. They were very careful and answered all my questions. They couldn’t have been better.

The Geek Squad team was very knowledgeable, on time, neat. Unfortunately, the remote programming they did for the tv, sound bar, cable box did not work even 24 hours. Another tech has also come and tried to reprogram. Same thing; still not working properly

Bose ARC sound bar was surpposed to be installed on the new TV but because the mounting bracket is delayed it was left on my furniture. Bestbuy never told about this not until the installation work was done and didn't say anything about when the mounting bracket is going to be in for installation. I called bestbuy to find out more information but got the run around everytime I called for over 3Hrs. If I don't get the information I need then I'm going to have my lawyer call them and notify the news media about this. This not the Bestbuy I used to know.

The same 2 Geek Squad techs that installed in the living room returned to install sound bar and wall mount in the bedroom. They were perfect as they were on the first install a week earlier.

Geek squad was great I didn’t have Al the parts to mount it so they came back again when I got the parts needed

The agent review was on a level that I already knew. I expected a more detailed explanation as to why my speaker system was not working with the new TV. I would expect most sound systems to be compatible with most TV's.

Everything went great with installing my Sonos sound bar. They were created in the using the Sonos mount and another mount it’s connected to the TV so didn’t have to stay on the wall

The associate who mounted our new TV above the closet did a great job in a very small area. She was very competent at her job and knew a lot about setting up new TVs.

I thought I needed a new Sound Bar but Best Buy Technician adjusted the existing Sound Bar and Television and also added my new DVD player. I’m very pleased with the results.

The Geek Squad mounted the tv, no problems except I had to have them come back and re-mount due to the location. They originally mounted it too high and was uncomfortable viewing. The re-mount worked great!
