When our 55" TV was replaced, we asked the Geek Squad to install a sound bar which had been purchased previously but never installed. They hooked it up to our new TV and made sure it was properly interfaced. Well worth the installation charge!

Installation of sound bar was very interesting. Would recommend Geek Squad for my own home as well. No hassles on installation. Would have taken me much more time to try to sort out all parts of the whole...tv/ sound bar/ antenna, etc. Really knew his stuff.

The agents were couteious amd professional. They asked qiestions relating to the work they were to complete.

If I could give negative stars I would. First appointment, tech only installed TV, said he didn't have time to install sound bar. Second confirmed, appointment, tech couldn't show up and I wasn't notified. Third appointment, tech didn't show up. Fourth appointment, tech called at 3:30 that he would be here at 4:30. I had confirmed with dispatched that the work had to be complete by 4PM. Need to reschedule yet again.

Geek Squad were excellent in the work ethic and attention to details and making sure I was completely satisfied with the process and completion of the project. They certainly represented the Squad very well

The service was good but bit of an attitude with one of the installers. The bigger issue was getting the installation even scheduled and then have it proceed. Geek Squad was needlessly difficult.

Team was great that came to the install the television and sound bar. Only wish we would have checked the sound with a movie in addition to music since I did not discover there was a sound delay until after Geek Squad left.

The Geek Squad Agent did not install the sound-bar. This service was cancelled.

Abby and her assistant did a really great job installing our new Samsung soundbar. She made sure everything was working properly and connected it to all the needed remotes.

The agents installed the sound bar exactly as I wanted. They synced it up for me and made sure that I knew how to make any changes to sound settings before they left. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service in the future

In my wordy self, I can’t say enough about the service provided by the squad. Always on time, always dependable and most of the time fun to hang out with.. let them do the job, don’t trust yourself to hang the 75” tv...

Best Buy guys were great. They did have trouble putting soundbar on wall. However that was a problem Sony created. Soundbar came with no instructions and no measurement guidelines. So the Best Buy guys were having to measure and remeasure.

Justin and Dre were great and installed and set my TV, Sound Bar and ring very quickly and they were very through in explaining everything they were doing and in showing us how to work it! Very satisfied with Justin and Dre!

Geek Squad installed this, TV and subwoofer and get it all set up for me. I love it.

The agents installed my new Sonos Beam sound bar and wireless speakers quickly and smoothly. Then they explained how it all worked together. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the installation.
