Good crew. They left with subwoofer working, but then after a bit it started randomly cutting out. Tried to move but it kept doing. Not their fault. It was the sound bar and the limited wireless range or something.

The Geek Squad Technicians were very courteous and helpful. They were patient in answering our questions and did a good job mounting our tv on a wall.

The sound bar was not mounted because the squad had the wrong mounting bracket for the job.

I'd marked the wall where I wanted the TV installed and they were careful to get it at the exact location and height I chose. They hauled away my heavy plasma TV down 2 flights w/o complaint. Pleasant and pretty fast installation.

Geek Squad did a great job hiding all the wires and making sure the mounting was done flawlessly. They answered all questions I had and left no damages. They even cleaned up before they left.
