I got the tv and sound bar installation pacakage and it was everything I could’ve asked for. The guys were perfectionist and on time. Kept the work area clean and made sure everything was the way I liked it.

If I could give negative stars I would. First appointment, tech only installed TV, said he didn't have time to install sound bar. Second confirmed, appointment, tech couldn't show up and I wasn't notified. Third appointment, tech didn't show up. Fourth appointment, tech called at 3:30 that he would be here at 4:30. I had confirmed with dispatched that the work had to be complete by 4PM. Need to reschedule yet again.

The install guys were great. The product is good but the additional price to add the soundbar bracket was way too much. I’m not sure it took them more than a couple minutes.

In home service is a great feature. The come and troubleshoot problems and fixes them with ease. Next service I will use is to work on my desktop computer and will be making an appointment soon.
